Hi Nick,
Thank you. I found the process of adapting what I do on a bike and applying it to four wheels pretty straight forward. The system is the system no matter what you are on or in. The sessions with Glenn were very enjoyable (thanks Glenn 🙂).
I will spread the word, especially with the bike group and I hope to see some of you in the future.
